During the initial consultation, the first assessment takes approximately 30–60 minutes and includes, among other methods, facial observation, eye and tongue diagnosis, and pulse diagnosis, as well as — most importantly — a detailed discussion about your overall condition and individual needs.
Based on all the gathered information, I will establish a TCM diagnosis and, in consultation with you, proceed with the treatment, which typically includes acupuncture, Tui Na massage, and Chinese herbal medicine.
